My name is Shana Garza and I will be starting a PhD in Human Genetics at the University of Texas Rio Grande Valley (UTRGV). I am working on finishing my master's thesis on the Association and Shared Genetic Variants Between AD Blood-Based Biomarkers and MRI AD-Signatures in Mexican Americans. My main task is to complete the thesis and submit a manuscript for publication.
