Gonzalez Park

Gonzalez Park, otherwise known as G park is a gem. Located in one of the city's most vibrant areas...it spans 24.6 acres of fun. There is always something going on at this park.

This community park is organized around a recreation center incorporating a graffiti art wall. The graffiti celebrates aspects of the Brownsville community, creating a vibrant park icon.

Soccer matches, varied league games, community events, after-school programs for the kids, and Zumba classes for the general public.

Gonzalez Park is within walking distance from Castaneda Elementary, Faulk Middle School, HEB, Southmost Trail, and the Border Fence.
